fa وضعیت سلامت دهان سالمندان در پارک های تهران در سال 1396 چگونه بود؟ مسائل جسمی سالمندان elderly physical issues كاربردي Applicable مقدمه: با رشد جمعیت سالمند، توجه به مسائل سلامتی آنان از اهمیت روز افزونی برخوردار شده است. یکی از مسائلی که به علل مختلف کمتر به آن توجه شده است سلامت دهان و دندان سالمندان است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین وضعیت سلامت دهان سالمندان در تهران می باشد.<br> روش: مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه ای توصیفی- مقطعی است. که بر روی 190 سالمند (113 سالمند مرد و 77 سالمند زن) در پارک های سطح شهر تهران در سال 1396 انجام شده است. وضعیت سلامت دهان سالمندان با استفاده از شاخص ارزیابی سلامت دهان سالمندان (GOHAI) بررسی شد. داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از آماره های توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار)، همبستگی وآزمون تی مستقل توسط نرم افزار SPSS v.22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> یافته ها: میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان 87/6 &plusmn; 30/67 بود. در حدود 90/57 درصد از سالمندان هیچ یک از دندانهای طبیعی خود را نداشتند. میانگین سلامت دهانی سالمندان 61/10 &plusmn; 04/43 بود. بین نمره بعد درد دندان و تعداد دندان های کشیده شده رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت (001/0P<، 51/0 r:).<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که وضعیت سلامت دهانی سالمندان مناسب نیست و این بیان کننده نیاز به توجه بیشتر برای انجام اقدامات بیشتر هم در پیشگیری از مشکلات دهانی و هم ارتقا سلامت دهانی است.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Following the growth of the older population, attention to their health issues has become increasingly important. One of the issues that have been considered for various reasons is the oral health of the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the oral health status of older people in Tehran.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. This study was conducted on 190 older people (113 old men and 77 old women) in Tehran&#39;s parks. The oral health status of the elderly was evaluated by GOHAI&#39;s oral health index, which has already been validated in Iran. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and correlation and T independent test, using SPSS v.22 software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean age of participants was 67.30 &plusmn; 6.87. About 57.90% of the older adults did not have any of their teeth. The mean oral health of the older adults was 43.04 &plusmn; 10.61.
