fa مقایسه دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری و پرستاران شاغل پیرامون حقایق دوران سالمندی در سال 1398 پرستاری سالمندی geriatric nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> امروزه، مراقبت از جمعیت روبه رشد سالمندان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. مدیریت سلامت سالمندان، نیازمند شناسایی وضعیت دانش و نگرش موجود و بازنگری در برنامه‌های آموزشی است در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه دانش و نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری و پرستاران شاغل پیرامون حقایق دوران سالمندی انجام شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی<span dir="LTR">-</span> مقطعی است که با همکاری 403 دانشجوی پرستاری و 446 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز طی سال 1398 انجام یافت. نمونه‌گیری از دانشجویان و پرستاران به ترتیب به روش سرشماری و تصادفی طبقه&shy;ای از نوع نسبتی صورت گرفت. دانش و نگرش دانشجویان و پرستاران پیرامون سالمندی به ترتیب با استفاده از ابزارهای<span dir="LTR">FAQ</span> و <span dir="LTR">KOP</span> به روش خودگزارشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه تجلیل داده ها در نرم افزار 16<span dir="LTR"> SPSS V. </span>و با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی‌مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین نمره دانش و نگرش در گروه دانشجویان به ترتیب 95/2&plusmn;91/10 و07/13 &plusmn; 04/143و در گروه پرستاران02/3 &plusmn;72/10 و 15/12&plusmn; 57/143 بود. تنها میانگین نمره دانش دانشجویان، در بعد روانی اجتماعی به لحاظ آماری بیشتر از پرستاران بود (03/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>). و پرستاران در بعد قدردانی نگرش مثبت‌تری به سالمندان داشتند (02/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>:&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">یافته‌ها حاکی از این است که برنامه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌ها و برنامه‌های ضمن خدمت ارائه‌شده در بیمارستان‌ها درزمینه</span><span dir="RTL">ٔ سالمندی غنی نبوده و نتوانسته‌اند دانش دانشجویان و پرستاران را در این زمینه به سطح مطلوب برسانند. لذا با توجه به رشد پدیده سالمندی در جامعه، تجدیدنظر در برنامه‌های آموزشی موجود یک پیشنهاد جدی است.</span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Today, caring for growing population of the elderly is important. Elderly health management requires identifying existing knowledge and attitudes and revising educational programs, in this way, the aim of this study was compare the Knowledge and attitude of Nursing Students and Nurses towards facts of aging period.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 403 nursing students and 446 nurses working in teaching hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 2019. Sampling of students and nurses were done by using census method and random-classified method (relative), respectively. The knowledge and attitude of nursing students and nurses were evaluated by using self-report questionnaire (FAQ: Facts on Aging Quiz) and (KOP: Kogan Attitudes toward Old People). Data analysis was performed in SPSS 16 software by using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean scores of knowledge and attitude in nursing students were 10.91&plusmn;2.95 and 143.04&plusmn;13.07 and in the nurses group were 10.72&plusmn;3.02 and 143.57&plusmn;12.15, respectively. Only mean score of students&#39; knowledge in psychosocial dimension was statistically higher than nurses (P = 0.03). And nurses had a more positive attitude toward the elderly in gratitude (P = 0.02).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings showed that university curricula and in-service programs provided in hospitals were not rich in the realm of the elderly and they failed to bring the knowledge of students and nurses to the desired level.
