fa بررسی رابطه ادراک از محله با مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان در شهر کرمان در سال 1398 The relationship of the perception of neighborhood and social participation of the elderly in Kerman, 2019 مسائل اجتماعی سالمندان elderly social issues پژوهشي اصیل Original research مقدمه: با توجه به لزوم سالمندی سالم و فعال و اهمیت مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان، مطالعه در حوزه مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان لازم است. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین رابطه ادراک از محله با مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان در شهر کرمان در سال 1398 انجام شده است. روش: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل افراد 65 ساله و بیشتر شهر کرمان بود که بر اساس نتایج سرشماری 38840 نفر بودند.380 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته گردآوری گردید. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از روش روایی صوری وبرای تعیین پایایی از روش همبستگی درونی استفاده شد.cvi به دست آمده 93/0 و آلفای کرونباخ 852/0 بود. پرسشنامه ها پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه از سالمندان توسط محقق تکمیل گردید. داده ها به کمک برنامه SPSS v.21 با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری مناسب تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: مشارکت اجتماعی افراد موردمطالعه در سطح متوسط بود که با افزایش سن میزان مشارکت کاهش می یافت (496/0-= R., 001/0P<).. متغیر مستقل اعتماد به اعضای محله (001/0P<،521/0= Beta) مهم ترین متغیر اثر گذار بر مشارکت اجتماعی بود. سپس به ترتیب متغیر امکانات محله با (002/0P<، 461 /0= Beta)، سن (001/0P<، 493/.-= Beta) و حس تعلق به محله (001/0P< 253/0= Beta) بیشترین تاثیرات را بر مشارکت اجتماعی داشتند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که اکثر سالمندان مورد مطالعه در شهر کرمان مشارکت اجتماعی متوسطی داشته اند. از بین تمام عوامل پیش بینی کننده مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان، اعتماد، ادراک از امکانات محله، حس تعلق و سن موثرترین متغیرها شناخته شدند. با توجه به نقش مهم مشارکت اجتماعی در بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان و ارتقای سلامتی، یافته های این تحقیق در راستای بهینه سازی شرایط زیست محله ای (شرایط اجتماعی و شرایط ساختاری و فیزیکی) سالمندان می تواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.   Introduction: Given the importance of healthy and active aging and the key role of elderly's social participation, it is required to conduct studies to evaluate the social participation of the elderly. The aim of this study was to investigate the level of social participation of the elderly in Kerman, Iran and its relationship with people's perception of social and physical characteristics of the neighborhood. Method: This research was a descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study. The study population was consisted of people aged 65 years or over who live in Kerman. The studied population size was reported as 38840 based on census results. A total of 380 people were included in the study. The data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was established by face validity and its reliability was determined by internal correlation method. The obtained CVI was 0.93 and the Cronbach's alpha was 0.952. The questionnaires were completed by the researcher after obtaining informed consent from the elderly. The data were analyzed by appropriate statistical tests using SPSS v.21 software. Results: The social participation of the elderly was moderate, which decreased as the age increased (R= -0.496, P < 0.001). The independent variable, trust in the neighbors, was the most important variable affecting the social participation (P < 0.001, Beta = 0.521). Afterwards, the neighborhood facilities (P < 0.002, Beta = 0.461), age (P < 0.001, Beta = 0.493), and the sense of belongingness to the neighborhood (P < 0.001, Beta = 0.253) had the greatest effect on the social participation, respectively. Conclusion: The results showed that most of the elderly in Kerman had a moderate level of social participation. Among all the predictors of social participation of the elderly, trust, perception of the neighborhood facilities, the sense of belongingness, and age were determined as the most effective variables.
